We performed a full parking lot reconfiguration and renovation for the Yorktown Shopping Center in Lombard, IL. The work included excavation, new storm sewer installation, decorative concrete, asphalt construction, asphalt resurfacing, curbed islands, new parking lot lighting, irrigation, landscaping, and brick paver installation.
Home Depot, Peoria, IL
Home Depot's asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks, and loading dock were replaced while the store remained fully operational in Peoria, IL. The commercial parking lot was resurfaced in multiple phases and the concrete base was removed and stabilized (due to poor subgrade conditions) prior to the new concrete placement.
Grainger, Minooka, IL
Over 10,000 cubic yards of excavated material were moved for the expansion of Grainger's trailer parking in Minooka, IL. The project included excavation, storm sewer installation, watermain extension, concrete curb, dolly pads, asphalt paving, site lighting, fencing, and landscaping.
N and S, Bradley, IL
At a shopping center in Bradley, IL, we were able to excavate two new concrete loading docks, install a new concrete trash enclosure, and extend the asphalt drive lane to accommodate a new tenant moving into the space.
Alef Sausage, Mundelein, IL
We worked with a general contractor on the expansion of an existing food facility in Mundelein, IL. Our work included pouring the concrete footings/foundations, interior concrete flooring, interior concrete freezer pads, retaining walls, and a new asphalt parking lot.
Danada Square West, Wheaton, IL
Over a two-year period, we worked with the property management company to resurface the entire asphalt parking lot at the Danada Square West shopping center in Wheaton, IL. All work was completed while accommodating tenants such as the United States Postal Service and Jewel Osco.
Greystone, Bloomington, IL
Over a two-week span we were able to resurface the entire asphalt parking lot at this apartment complex in Bloomington, IL. The work was phased so an area could be milled, resurfaced, striped and opened for residents the following morning.
Continental, Naperville, IL
At a prominent shopping center in Naperville, IL we were able to complete resurfacing and ADA compliance upgrades while keeping tenants operational and customers safe. The work included concrete sidewalk and curb removal and replacement, asphalt resurfacing, bollard and signage installation, and re-striping of the entire parking lot.

Over a five-day period we were able to resurface the entire asphalt parking lot at a shopping center anchored by Schnucks Supermarket. Communication was key to the success of this project while meeting tenant/owner's needs and expectations.

Due to the poor condition of the existing parking lot, a full depth replacement of the asphalt was required at Walgreen's New Lenox location. The asphalt and minor concrete repairs were completed to limit impact to the store and pharmacy drive thru.

After full-depth removal of the existing asphalt in this parking lot it was determined that the subgrade was not suitable for the new asphalt installation. We worked with the owners to develop a cost-effective plan utilizing cement stabilization of the existing base to limit cost and complete the asphalt paving.
Napleton Auto Group, Lansing, IL
An out lot for Napleton Auto Group was redeveloped utilizing permeable asphalt. The cross-section included over twenty-four inches of drainage stone, perforated drainpipe, and permeable asphalt to meet stormwater needs.
